How to Make a Voodoo Doll

Starting in February, I had to make decorations for a New Orleans style Voodoo Mardi Gras party at a local rock bar. I needed to make a bunch of Voodoo dolls - and figured out a fun way to make your own No Sew Voodoo Doll. Here's a photographic summary of how I did it.

Saturday, November 7, 2009 - photographs (day and night) of the Dominos that for 3 days re-built a 1 km section of the Berlin Wall. What they represented, how they looked, thoughts, and emotions felt as we were restricted to one side or the other - only able to pass through a couple of "checkpoints". Reflections on 20 years since the fall of the Berlin Wall.

The Escape Artist

The city of Berlin is an awesme place. Sometimes, when you're out wandering, you find things that - even though you thought you REALLY had covered the entire area in your previous wanderings - somehow, you turn down a side street and VIOLA, you discover something new, unique and very cool. Such was the case with the Franziskan Kloster Kirche Ruins, near the Old City Walls.

Bautzen – a 1000 year old Town

My supervisor had a party to go to and wanted to have some money made into creative origamis. After she had some trouble, she asked could someone help. Never having done origami, I took a look at some patterns and started playing. So, a couple hours later, here's what she got - and I discovered I have a hidden talent.
